Adrian has successfully led his own business for 20 years (a milestone that only 10% of all businesses reach) – working across all sectors, and with a range of clients that span international firms, government bodies, national charities, and businesses in high-growth phases.

His work includes the development of new university degrees, facilitating mergers, mapping impact, training other business consultants, Leadership, raising investment, creating new frameworks for coaching people through transitions as their businesses grow, and working with founders to develop the legacy of their respective enterprises.

The value and impact of his work has been recognised through a number of awards, some of which relate to books he has written.
